No, it was at war straight after I killed someone he Pjed me.
And yes, it says on the rules when you go to war don't rush.

well depends what the staff does, ban him straight away or give him a warning,

He knew what he was doing.
I didn't lose much but the point is that faggots like him shouldn't rush people 20 levels below them.

Sorry to inform you but PJing or rushing isn't bannable. Unless the person rushing had a 20 combat level difference. It was just unlucky for you to die. Sorry.

He was over 20 levels above me at the time.
