| Steps
Step One: Block off mage mini to remove bronze phat
Step Two Make a staffzone so staff don't tele to mzone when consulting players
Step Three Make it so ALL items drop on death. No insta-keep
Step Four New way to get rares: See below
Step Five Econemy reset
New Concept For Getting Rares
Use the NPC "Blue Dragon" as an npc for rares. It carries an insanely high ammount of health, which will limit ammount of kills and drops. Drop guide for this monster is below (why I believe it should be).
1% Loot:
Insane Dragon Whip
Heavens Fury
Bandos Kiteshield
Bandos Scimitar
Bow Of Flames
5% Loot:
S3th's Liberty Clan Sword
S3th's Liberty Clan Cape
Adrian's Warriors Clan Sword
Adrian's Warriors Clan Cape
Saradomin Godsword Dual
10% Loot
Gilded Platebody
Gilded Platelegs
25% Loot
Dragon Bones x25 : Noted
Dragon Kiteshield
Dragon Platebody
Dragon Claws
Uncut Onyx x10 : Noted
100% Loot
Dragon Bones
Dragon Token x15

| I agree 100% this is actually probably the best post idea i've saw on the forums. I don't think the thiev rate should be changed simply because it will affect the prices of items in some sort of way. Thieving is perfect but other than that this is a great recommendation. 100% AGREED  Im blonde | |

| agree on top part. Mith drag noo. Nothing should drop seth or adrians or dsgs. Bandos scimmy, d whip, bandos kite, bow of flames, and d pick should be dropped by it. Make it like a corp beast and u need a whole team to kill. Make it drop 50 d bones + tri gs/d claws 90 percent since its so hard to kill. Give it lil minion bitches. Make its melee hard. Last put in wild so people risk trying to kill it :d. | |

| Exactly b0ss, hence why it drops rare items. Dont really need it dropping claws. tokens tend to get around pretty damn fast. | |
